I really like this mod for a more athletic look, even though all it does is remind me that I should be exercising and not playing Skyrim ) You can install this mod over whichever body mesh you prefer вЂ“ vanilla, UNP, CBBE, etc.

CBBE breasts look more вЂњfakeвЂќ than UNP from the front, but more вЂњrealвЂќ than UNP from the side.

I've used it for a couple years and like it, but it is finicky to use and can give you blotchy black textures if done wrong. If you are good with modding and modding tools this allows you to custom tailor your musculature and still allows for nevernude body replacer options.
